ENROLL

On the "LOG IN" page, select Getting Started to begin the enrollment. You will need your member number and the last 4 digits of your social security number to enroll into My Connection. It's that easy, you just need your member number and last 4 digits of social security number.

Important Tips about My Connection:

  • My Connection only displays accounts for which you are the primary owner. If you need access to accounts in which you are a joint owner, please contact us.
  • Enroll in Bill Pay by clicking the Bill Pay tab. It's easy to pay and receive your bills!
  • The withdrawal of funds for your bill pay items will occur at the time your payment is presented to the merchant, not before.
  • Enroll in eStatements by clicking the Self Service tab. You can view up to 12 months of statements once you begin receiving eStatements.
  • Enroll in Mobile Money by clicking the Self Service tab. You will need your mobile phone.
