Systems Upgrade Information

Our Upgrade has been completed. As with any undertaking of transferring data, there are some changes to adapt to and some minor issues to tend to. We thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to serving your needs into the future.

Our System Upgrade Guide provides important information that may need to know in order to prepare for the upgrade.

If you use Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, External Transfers and/or TAPS; the guide has information you NEED to know.

MOBILE APP

The iPhone mobile app is now available.

The Android mobile app is now available

JOINT ACCOUNTS in Online Banking

Online profiles are for individual members and their accounts. If you wish to have access to accounts that you are a joint owner of; the primary member must enroll into online banking and submit a Jump authorization form giving permission for you to view that member. Only joint members can use the Jump feature. It can take up to two business days to set up Jump as request volume is high.

To view a another online banking profile through Jump, click on your orange circle icon in the upper right corner and your Jump members will appear so you can open their online banking.

CREDIT CARDS

***Credit Card information is not available in the new TAPS audio response. Members can view online or call into a branch for information or to transfer payments.

Credit Card statements will be mailed as normal.

We will update this page with any additions or changes to any information provided in the guide before, during and after the Upgrade weekend.
