What you'll do
As a Member Service Representative, you will:
- Assist members with daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Accurately balance and maintain a cash drawer
- Resolve member questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Identify appropriate products and services that meet members’ needs
- Complete opening and closing procedures and required compliance documentation
- Support branch operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
This position is based in a branch location. From time to time, you may have the opportunity to participate in community events that support our outreach efforts.

What you'll need
- Dependability and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- A service-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work at/be temporarily assigned to/or relocated to any Connects Branch
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain drawer balancing standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a professional presence
- Customer service experience required; prior financial institution or retail cash handling experience preferred
- Comfort identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships through appropriate product recommendations
Schedule
- This is a part-time position working approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Compensation
- $15 to $20 an hour depending on experience
