What you'll do

  • Responsible for the administration, supervision, and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch. Prioritizing sales, service, operations and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union’s objectives.
  • Accountable for financial performance, member satisfaction, compliance, training and branch policies and procedure.
  • Promote Connects awareness in a positive, appropriate and approved manner within our community by attending community activities, maintaining a relationship with neighboring businesses and building a relationship with local chambers.

What you'll need

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • History of building a successful book of business in either B2C or B2B environments
  • Ability to handle cash proficiently, previous cash drawer management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive approach to sales, business development, and community outreach.

Our expectations

  • Perseverance. Expect that you will make mistakes and sometimes you will lose when you should have won. It will suck...but you will be expected to be able to shake it off and keep pushing forward
  • Engagement. It's not complaining about what's not working...it's figuring out how to make it work. Taking things that work and figuring out how to make them work better
  • Accountability. You will be expected to be the CEO of your branch. When things go wrong, because they will, you will be expected to own it and make a plan to fix it. Your leaders are always happy to help you troubleshoot, ideate and come up with a plan but it will be on you to execute that plan.
  • Knowledge. You will be expected to know Connects products, your (and your teams) numbers, where you are at to goal and what your plan is for getting to goal. You will be expected to ask questions when you are unsure of something and learn the answer for next time.

Compensation

  • Base of $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
  • Monthly incentives based on performance up to 5% of base
  • Yearly bonus based on Credit Unions’ performance up to $25,000
